Philosoƒée is a fusion of the words philosophy and fairy, from the French "fée". It translates the main purpose of the brand, which is to inspire women to feel beautiful, light, free and playful as a fairy would, a "Fairy Philosophy".

I found in tailoring and daily couture a special way to create fashion, going against fast fashion and the trend to make clothes that last only for one season.

Fabrics, trims and notions are carefully handpicked, resulting in quality in harmony with creativity. The design usually begins with classic shapes that are transformed into contemporary, minimalistic and deeply feminine looks. PhilosoĎe is to be graceful at all moments.

Sustainability and ethics are essential in all of PhilosoĎe production processes. We manufacture locally, partnering with contractors and sourcing with companies that share the same values. Respecting, working together and giving back to the local community. We use sustainable fabrics and trims every time that is possible, the packaging and graphic material are always recycled and come from certified sustainable sources. We are a conscious company vibrating high frequency energy throughout all stages, respecting all beings and the environment.

The company was launched in Brazil, and today it is based in the US.

The Designer Journey

Artist, creatrix, yogini

I graduated in Fashion in Sao Paulo, at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. I first worked with designer Maruzia Fernandez, part of Sao Paulo Fashion Week at that time. Then I went to London, where I worked with Zandra Rhodes and at the department store Topshop, besides studying a little more at the London College of Fashion. All incredible and unique experiences. Returning to Brazil, I moved to the beautiful island of Florianopolis, where for a few years I designed for some local brands, I worked as a personal stylist and I had another brand project called "Atômica". It was during an MBA in Marketing that the dream about Philosoƒée started. My entire journey since the days I was a ballerina, then college, professional experiences, leaving abroad, being a yogi, traveling around and all that, brought me to know better about myself and the concept I wanted to create with my work, Philosoƒée was born. 

A desire to create unique beautiful pieces, inside and outside, with thoughtful and meaningful details. The pieces are tailored to flatter. Just as when actors put on the costumes as the final touch to feel the character, in real life, the way we carry ourselves and dress is the final touch for us to be the best version of ourselves.
