Return Policy
We hope that you are satisfied with your philosofee.com purchase. However, in the event that you need to return your unworn items you can request a return by emailing us at info@philosofee.com. Once we have received your request you will receive an email confirming your request that will also include a pre-paid return label (for US shipping destinations only).
PLEASE NOTE OUR RETURN POLICY
• You must make your return within 15 days of the delivery date
• We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Upon receipt of returned goods, Philosofée reserves the right to deny a refund in case the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of package receipt and can only be issued to your original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund.
MADE TO ORDER
Our Made to Order items will be made upon receipt of order and shipped in approximately four to six weeks.
With our Made to Order items, in case you need to return, we can issue store credit only. No Refunds. If you wish to return your items for store credit, please request via email at info@philosofee.com.
You must make your Made to Order return within 7 days of the delivery date.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order on philosofee.com
